Abstract: This paper introduced the colloidal gold rapid detection technology of pesticide residues before strawberry picking and marketing. From the status quo of grass-roots supervision and detection, introduction of colloidal gold detection technology, analysis of strawberry colloidal gold monitoring and quantitative monitoring, to the establishment of strawberry personalized risk monitoring list, test strip procurement, testing process and technology promotion and application, this paper described the strawberry personalized colloidal gold rapid detection and supervision services at grass-roots level.
