摘要: 地市级农业科学院所青年青年科技人才作为推动农业发展的新兴动力，完善青年科技人才的成长保障机制能够最大程度的挖掘其潜力。因此，以地市级农业科研单位青年科技人才为研究对象，分析青年科技人才队伍建设的现状，剖析青年科技人才成长的困境，初步探讨保障青年科技人才成长的建议与对策。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the current situation of the construction of young scientific and technological talents, analyzed the difficulties of the growth of young scientific and technological talents, and preliminarily discussed the suggestions and countermeasures to ensure the growth of young scientific and technological talents.
