生物有机肥在苹果树上施用效果试验初报

Preliminary Report on the Application Effect of Bio Organic Fertilizer on Apple Trees

  • 摘要: 为研究生物有机肥对苹果的影响,以不施生物有机肥为对照(CK),设置1 500 kg/hm2(T1)、2 000 kg/hm2(T2)、2 500 kg/hm2(T3)、3 000 kg/hm2(T4)4个生物有机肥用量处理进行试验,研究苹果叶片光合特性、产量和品质差异。结果表明,施用生物有机肥,能够显著提高苹果叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率苹果产量,随着施用量的增加呈逐渐升高的趋势,T3和T4处理间的光合特性没有显著差异;降低了苹果果实可滴定酸含量,显著提高了可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、果肉硬度,T3和T4处理可溶性糖、果肉硬度没有显著差异。因此,在生物有机肥施用量为2 500 kg/hm2时的苹果光合能力和产量的提升效果明显,品质较好,建议在苹果生产中推广应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of bio organic fertilizer on apples,the experiment used no bio organic fertilizer as the control(CK) and set four bio organic fertilizer dosages,namely 1 500 kg/hm~2(T1),2 000 kg/hm~2(T2),2 500 kg/hm~2(T3),and 3 000 kg/hm~2(T4).This paper studied the differences in photosynthetic characteristics,yield,and quality of apple leaves.The results showed that the application of bio organic fertilizer could significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpira‐tion rate of apple leaves.The yield of apple showed a gradually increasing trend with the increase of application amount,and there was no significant difference in photosynthetic characteristics between T3and T4treatments.Bioorganic fertilizer reduced the titrat‐able acid content of apple fruit,significantly increased soluble sugar,soluble solids,and flesh hardness.There was no significant dif‐ference in soluble sugar and flesh hardness between T3and T4treatments.Therefore,when the application amount of bio organic fer‐tilizer is 2 500 kg/hm~2,the improvement effect of apple photosynthetic capacity and yield is obvious,and the quality is good,which can be applied in apple production.
