Abstract: Based on a large number of technical experience in the production process, a complete production system of jujube was formed in Jishan. It was successfully selected into the global preparatory list of important agricultural heritage in June, 2019. This paper discussed the current situation and challenges of Banzao production system in Jishan, and puts forward reference countermeasures and suggestions for the conservation and development of Jishan Banzao production system.
