Abstract: Crop germplasm resources are not only the basic resources for breeding new crop varieties, but also the necessary material basis for agricultural production activities. They play a very important role in the survival and development of human society. Therefore, the protection, development and rational utilization of agricultural germplasm resources are very necessary. This paper investigates the problems existing in the protection, development and utilization of crop resources, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
