Abstract: Promoting the gathering of rural talents in underdeveloped areas can provide intellectual guarantee for rural construction in underdeveloped areas, provide core strength for the sustainable development of rural areas in underdeveloped areas, and also provide a strong help to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in underdeveloped areas. However, in view of the current situation of rural talent gathering in underdeveloped areas, there are some problems such as imperfect talent gathering mechanism, immature talent market system, imperfect education and scientific research system, lack of talent investment funds, and lack of talent incentive measures. In response to the above problems, this paper put forward relevant countermeasures with pertinence, effectively promote the rural talent gathering, effectively exert the benefits of rural talent gathering, and provide a strong boost for the rural revitalization of underdeveloped areas.
