Abstract:
Using Fraxinus macrophyllus as rootstock, the effects of two different grafting methods, ground grafting and high grafting, hard branch scions with different thicknesses and different debinding time, on the survival rate of Fraxinus macrophyllus were observed. The results showed that among the two different grafting methods of high grafting and ground grafting, the germination rate, survival rate and preservation rate of ground grafting were higher than those of high grafting. Among the five kinds of scion grafting with different thicknesses, the grafting effect of 0.8 cm thick scion is the best. The survival rate of scion can reach 94% at the 30th day after high grafting, and the survival rate of scion is the highest at the 25th day after ground grafting, but there is no significant difference between the survival rates of each time period(p<0.5).
