山西平陆野葛根愈伤组织诱导与培养条件筛选

Selection for Callus Induction and Culture Conditions of Pueraria Lobata Come from Pinglu County

摘要: 文章对山西平陆野葛根愈伤组织诱导与培养条件进行了筛选，结果表明：野葛根愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.3 mg/L KT;16 h光照+8 h黑暗的光周期最适合于野葛根愈伤组织的生长与总黄酮的合成；在野葛根愈伤组织生长稳定期的末期（培养26 d），细胞中次级代谢产物总黄酮含量最高。

Abstract: The results of the conditions of callus induction and culture, showed that the most suitable medium is MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D + 0.5 mg/L NAA + 0.3 mg/L KT, 16 h light and 8 h dark is most suitable for growth and total flavonoidsat the end of the growth stability（culture 26 d）. The total flavonoids content of secondary metabolites is the highest.
