Abstract:
This article is guided by discipline integration and agriculture, industry and service industry connection, fully aligning the resources of the three disciplines of science, industry and agriculture, using the advantages of interdisciplinary to carry out food hygiene inspection experimental teaching, and focusing on constructing experimental teaching courses of the whole industry chain interconnection model in various links such as food materials, production and processing, and post-production packaging, transportation and storage, etc. By focusing on optimizing the curriculum, teaching content, and evaluation methods of the experimental course of food hygiene inspection, will pay more attention to the improvement of students’ practical and innovative abilities in the learning process, to cultivating interdisciplinary talents that own a wide range of knowledge, strong adaptability, high innovation, and meet the need of industry and social development.
