Abstract: Siraitia grosvenorii has the functions of moistening lung and relieving cough, improving pharyngitis, and replenishing energy, so the market demand is large. High quality and high yield cultivation technology is an important guarantee for the yield and quality of Siraitia grosvenorii. In order to improve the yield and quality of the fruit and promote the healthy development of the fruit industry, this paper analyzed the cultivation techniques of the fruit from the aspects of land selection, variety selection, seedling rearing, planting management and pest control.
