Abstract: Pinghe County is the largest production and export base of grapefruit products in China, known as Chinese grapefruit capital. Guanxi honey pomelo in Pinghe county has been famous for a long time and has gradually developed into one of the important pillar industries in the region. In recent years, with the abnormal change of global climate, meteorological disasters occur frequently in various regions, which has a greater and greater impact on Guanxi honey pomelo. Taking the low temperature frost disaster as an example, this paper focuses on the impact of low temperature frost damage on Guanxi honey pomelo, and puts forward effective production suggestions.
