Abstract: Talent is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation. Strengthening the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team is of great significance to improve the ability of agricultural science and technology independent innovation, help rural revitalization, and promote agricultural modernization. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team in Henan Province, and puts forward policy suggestions on promoting the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team in Henan Province under the new situation from four aspects: attaching great importance to the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team, establishing collaborative innovation mechanism, building high-level innovative talent team, and deepening the reform of system and mechanism.
