Abstract: In the hilly area of Southwest China, due to the climate, the main planting method of flue-cured tobacco is floating tray seedling well cellar transplanting. At present, the research on tobacco well cellar type film mulching jack machine in China mainly focuses on the knapsack type jack machine, while the research on tractor hanging type jack machine is relatively less. In view of the above problems, this paper has carried on the concrete structure design to a kind of hanging flue-cured tobacco well cellar type film mulching jack machine.This paper uses ANSYS to simulate the strength and stiffness of each part, and obtains the stress and strain analysis diagram of each part, so as to determine that the designed machine meets the performance requirements.
