Abstract: Crassula arborescens can be used as an important material for the study of plant leaf tissue structure. In the study, the stomatal morphology of plant leaf epidermis, the distribution of chloroplasts and the cross cutting structure of leaves were observed by bare hand slicing method combined with water packaging method, combined with microscopy. Crassula arborescens is easy to get materials and has obvious experimental effect, and it has good teaching application value.
