Abstract: This thesis introduces the mode of agricultural technology promotion in Handan, analyzes the effectiveness of agricultural promotion and problems in Handan, and puts forward the suggestions of enhancing the acceptance of technology by farmers, adopting the promotion methods which are more easily accepted by farmers, and constructing the agricultural technology promotion system with the participation of all the people to help the grass-roots level agricultural technology promotion work to be smoothly carried out.
