Abstract:
With the continuous promotion of the policy of "shifting mulberry from east to west" in China, the area of mulberry garden and the output of silkworm cocoon are increasing gradually in southwest China. However, restricted by the epidemic situation,land, artificial, equipment and other factors, the sericulture industry in western China has been developing slowly, and most areas still stay in the family type of manual workshops. In order to further improve the mechanization and automation level of sericulture and serve the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, a locking mechanism connecting sand table was designed for a type of intensive sericulture device(hereinafter referred to as locking mechanism), which has realized automatic locking and unlocking of sand table. This paper briefly introduces the working principle of the locking mechanism. The force of the locking mechanism is analyzed briefly. The spring is designed according to the force analysis; ADAMS simulation software was used to analyze the kinematic simulation of the locking process of the locking mechanism, and the force variation curves of the important parts of the locking mechanism were obtained. Using ANSYS simulation software to carry on the statics analysis to the important parts, obtains the stress and strain of the parts, selects the appropriate material for the important parts according to the stress. After analysis and calculation, the design scheme can achieve the functional requirements.
