Abstract: Potato is one of the essential vegetables in people’s daily life. It has a large number of nutrients and is widely used in grain production, aquaculture, industry, food processing and other industries. Potato planting has low requirements and high yield. Based on this, this paper makes a detailed study on potato planting technology, farming technology and pest control methods, so as to provide reference for potato production in China.
