基于电导率测定种子活力的智能装置设计

Design of Intelligent Device for Measuring Seed Vigor Based on Conductivity

  • 摘要: 种子活力能反映种子质量的综合生理特性,是评价种子质量优劣的重要指标。高活力种子在作物生长、作物产量和产量品质中具有明显的潜力优势,测定种子活力高低对发展现代农业生产具有重要的意义。设计一种测定种子活力的智能装置,装置在保持恒温状态下将种子在清水中浸泡一定时间,通过测定浸泡液电导率大小而预测种子活力高低。测试结果表明,智能装置不但操作简便,可实现连续测量,而且智能化程度高,抗干扰能力强,测量精度高,测量范围宽,完全满足各种测定种子活力作业任务的需要,具有较好的实用性和广泛的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Seed vigor comprehensively reflects the comprehensive physiological characteristics of seed quality and is an important index to evaluate the quality of seeds. High vigor seeds have obvious potential advantages in crop growth, crop yield and yield quality. Measuring seed vigor is of great significance to the development of modern agricultural production. An intelligent device for measuring seed vitality is designed. The device soaks the seeds in clean water for a certain time under constant temperature, and predicts the seed vitality by measuring the conductivity of the soaking solution. The test results showed that the intelligent device is not only easy to operate and can realize continuous measurement, but also has a high degree of intelligence, strong anti-interference ability,high measurement accuracy and wide measurement range. It can fully meet the needs of various tasks for determining seed vitality,and has good practicability and broad development prospects.
