Abstract: In order to explore the ecological adaptability of five Yun Series flue-cured tobacco varieties promoted by Yunnan Province in Huaning County, select high-quality flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for local planting, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of characteristic high-quality tobacco leaves. Taking Yunyan 97, Yunyan 105, Yunyan 116, Yunyan 121 and Yunyan 301 as the participating varieties, seven soil types with different altitudes and different soil types were selected in 4 townships of Huaning County to comprehensively investigate their growth period, agronomic traits, economic traits and tobacco leaf quality. The results showed that the varieties of Ningzhou Muche Yunyan 97 and Yunyan 116 performed better. Ningzhou Chana Yunyan 97 and Yunyan 105 varieties performed better. Qinglong Yima, Qinglong Hongyan, Qinglong Lufeng, Huaxi Daxinzhai Bianyunyan 121 performed the best. Tonghongdian Pingtoushan Yunyan 116 performed the best.
