基于离散元法的稻谷红外—热风干燥数值模拟

Numerical Simulation about Infrared Hot Air Drying of Rice Based on Discrete Element Method

  • 摘要: 为解决新鲜稻谷在联合收割机内的干燥问题,文章提出了一种以红外辐射和热风为热源的输粮搅龙,基于CFDDEM耦合方法对搅龙的工作过程进行数值模拟,以了解干燥搅龙内部流场、温度场的变化和颗粒干燥情况,可为后续搅龙的设计提供经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the drying problem of fresh rice in combine harvester, this paper proposes a grain conveying stirrer with infrared radiation and hot air as heat sources. Based on CFD-DEM coupling method, the working process of the stirrer is numerically simulated to understand the internal flow field, temperature field change and particle drying of the drying stirrer, which can provide experience for the subsequent design of the stirrer.
