Abstract: Based on the observation data of average temperature and precipitation from 1981 to 2020, this paper analyzes the characteristics of climate change in Hui’an County in recent 40 years, and expounds the impact of climate change on agrometeorological disasters and diseases and pests in Hui’an County. The results show that the annual average temperature of Hui’an County in recent 40 years generally shows a warming trend, the average temperature change in the four seasons and the annual change show a warming trend. The most significant warming range of the average temperature in Hui’an County is spring, followed by winter and autumn,and the smallest warming range in summer; the change of precipitation generally shows a decreasing trend.
