Abstract: According to the climate change trend from 1991 to 2020 in Zhangpu County, the occurrence of several kinds of meteorological disasters with great influence on Epinephelus culture was analyzed and studied. The results showed that Zhangpu County had suitable temperature, abundant precipitation and long sunshine time, which was suitable for Epinephelus culture. The main meteorological disasters affecting Epinephelus culture in Zhangpu County are typhoon, heavy rain, low temperature frost and high temperature. Extreme weather will cause changes in water quality and cause Epinephelus disease. There are many typhoons and heavy rains in Zhangpu County, farmers should focus on taking corresponding defensive measures against typhoons and heavy rains.
