Abstract: In recent years, the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits has been paid more and more attention by society. Gas chromatography came into being, which can quickly and accurately detect pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.This article mainly introduces the advantages and principles of gas chromatography, and puts forward specific and feasible reference measures for some problems existing at this stage.
