Abstract:
Newborn calves are prone to various stimuli in the external environment, if not properly protected, it is easy to lead to stress of newborn calves, and the autoimmune ability of newborn calves is poor, if affected by the disease, it will affect the later growth, and even lead to the death of calves. Breeding personnel need to do a good job in the maintenance and management of newborn calves from all aspects to improve the survival rate of calves. This paper probed into the factors affecting the survival rate of calves in the farm, and analyzed the main techniques to improve the survival rate of calves.
