机电一体化在小型三行轮式玉米收获机设计仿真中的应用

  • 摘要: 小型三行轮式玉米收获机设计制造过程中应用机电一体化技术,改变传统农业机械设计制造中易出现的问题,提升机械性能,保证农业生产顺利进行,促进农业向着精准化、自动化、智能化的方向升级,实现农业机械化发展。在分析机电一体化在农业机械设计制造中的价值基础上,以小型三行轮式玉米收获机设计制造为例,探究了机电一体化的具体应用,为农业机械设计制造领域的研究和实践提供有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: The application of mechatronics technology in the design and manufacturing process of small three-row wheeled maize harvester can bring the advantages of each sub-technology of this technology into full play, change the problems prone to occur in the design and manufacturing of traditional agricultural machinery, improve mechanical performance, and ensure the smooth progress of agricultural production. Promote the upgrading of agriculture in the direction of precision, automation and intelligence, and realize the development of agricultural mechanization. Based on the analysis of the value of mechatronics in the design and manufacture of agricultural machinery, taking the design and manufacture of small three-row wheeled maize harvester as an example, the specific application of mechatronics is explored, which provided useful reference for the research and practice in the field of agricultural machinery design and manufacture.
