Abstract: Seabuckthorn is a tree species with the most natural vitamins. In addition to being fresh, seabuckthorn fruit can also be processed into a variety of products, such as wine, fruit juice, jam, beverage, health products and so on. In recent years, China has developed rapidly in the development of seabuckthorn products. Therefore, with the in-depth development of seabuckthorn industry, it has driven the development of seabuckthorn processing industry.
