Abstract: Chinese wolfberry drying is an important link in the production of safe and high-quality Chinese wolfberry. At present, the level of drying methods in the whole Lycium barbarum producing area is still in an unbalanced development state. About 80% of Lycium barbarum planting farmers still use the method of natural drying, mixing the newly picked Lycium barbarum with alkaline water and spreading it evenly on the Lycium barbarum plate. Combined with the shortcomings and disadvantages of the existing medlar tray, this paper makes an innovative design, and expounds in detail the design process and working principle of an automatic folding and drying device for medlar.
