Abstract: In order to further improve the efficiency of agricultural production, Lingqiu County of Shanxi Province was taken as an example to analyze the difficulties faced in agricultural production trusteeship service, and the countermeasures to solve the difficulties faced in agricultural production trusteeship service were discussed from the aspects of improving service quality, strengthening supervision, optimizing charging mode, etc., so as to provide reference for further improving agricultural production trusteeship service and achieving sound development.
