Abstract: Since 2020, the economy has been affected by the multi-point outbreak of COVID-19, and 2020 is also the end year of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. All regions have overcome the impact of the epidemic and escorted the development of local agriculture and rural economy. In order to better serve the local agricultural and rural economic development,through the analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 on the agricultural and rural economic development and countermeasures, this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions to promote the sustainable, better and faster development of the agricultural and rural economy.
