马铃薯土薯分离机构现状及敲打辅助分离机构设计

Design of Separation Mechanism of Potato Soil under Heavy Clay Soil

  • 摘要: 马铃薯收获过程中土薯分离为核心,文章对现有土薯分离机构组成和工作原理进行概述,并提出了马铃薯收获过程中存在的问题和发展建议。针对黏重土壤下存在无法分离、伤薯率大等问题,设计了一款往复敲打结合栅条式分离机构,并对其进行理论分析和设计计算,确定了结构参数,能够较好地解决土薯分离难题,从而促进了西南地区马铃薯机械化收获技术发展。

     

    Abstract: The separation of potato from soil and potato is the core of potato harvesting in China. The composition and working principle of the existing separation mechanism of potato from soil and potato are summarized in this paper, and the problems of potato harvesting and development suggestions are put forward. Aiming at the problems of unable to separate and high rate of potato damage in heavy clay soil, a reciprocating knocking combined with grid bar separation mechanism was designed, and the theoretical analysis and design calculation were carried out to determine the structure parameters, which could better solve the problem of soil potato separation. Therefore, it can promote the mechanization of potato harvest and reduce labor productivity in southwest China.
