Abstract: Poyang Lake basin is an important agricultural production area in China. Farmers use large amounts of pesticides and fertilizers in the process of production and living, which aggravates the pollution of soil and water resources in Poyang Lake basin, leaving increasingly serious non-point agricultural pollution problems. Therefore, the policy tools of pollution control have become an important means to alleviate the current situation. The policy tools of agricultural non-point source pollution control can be divided into three types: environmental type, supply type and demand type, among which the environmental type is the dominant policy tool,but has not been fully used. Therefore, this paper sorted out and analyzed all the policy texts related to agricultural non-point sources released since 2012, and established an analysis framework, so as to analyze the problems existing in the environmental policy tools of agricultural non-point sources pollution control in Poyang Lake, and put forward relevant policy suggestions on this basis.
