Abstract: The quality and safety of agricultural products is a major event related to the people’s health and life safety, and related to the harmonious, stable and healthy development of society. At present, the three-level supervision system of Prefecture, County and Township in Linxia has been gradually completed, and the normalization mechanism for the whole process supervision of agricultural product quality and safety has been gradually formed. However, there are still many problems in the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety: First, the supervision level of agricultural product quality and safety does not adapt to the supervision tasks and responsibilities; Second, the current mode of production and operation of agricultural products does not meet the requirements of improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products; Third, the safety awareness of producers and the environmental pollution of production areas are inconsistent with the requirements of ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products. Based on the actual situation of Linxia, combined with the requirements of national agricultural product quality and safety supervision, this paper discusses the existing problems and solutions.
