Abstract: Auricularia cornea is a kind of edible fungus, which is widely cultivated because it is rich in protein and carbohydrates,and has great medicinal and health care value. Combining with the previous experience of Auricularia cornea cultivation, this paper summarized the hanging bag cultivation technology of Auricularia cornea in detail, which provided a certain theoretical basis for the cultivation of Auricularia cornea.
