摘要: 以临沧咖啡种壳为原料,通过对接种量、发酵时间、氮源进行单因素试验,在此基础上进行正交试验,确定了咖啡种壳发酵制备乙醇的最优工艺条件为:接种量为25%,发酵时间12 h,磷酸二氢铵为0.1%,实际测定乙醇体积分数为2.80%。Abstract: Taking Lincang coffee seed shell as raw material, through single factor experiment on seed quantity, fermentation time and nitrogen source, and on this basis, orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optimal technological conditions for fermentation of coffee seed shell to prepare ethanol: inoculation amount was 25%, fermentation time was 12 h, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was 0.1%, and the actual volume fraction of ethanol was 2.80%.
