Abstract: Through analyzing field research, the working practices of Meitan County and Duyun City, where the main tea industry is well developed in the province, including the development mode of tea industry, the participation degree of farmers, educational resources, brand building and other aspects of their successful experience and methods. Based on the analysis and research of tea industry development status in Bijie City, development advantages, development difficulties and other aspects, it is proposed that the development of Bijie’s tea industry needs to strengthen efforts from the aspects of industrial chain division, education resource investment, brand building and marketing promotion, and comprehensively form an exploration and research report on the development mode of Bijie’s tea industry. For Bijie Municipal Government, city and county Agriculture and Rural Bureau, tea related research institutes and other departments to provide decision-making basis.
