电控赤松茸布料播种一体机设计

Design of Electronically Controlled Paving and Seeding Integrated Machine for Red Matsutake

  • 摘要: 研究赤松茸布料机,一方面能降低人工成本,另一方面布料机能够合理布置菌料,高效堆制菌床,保证堆料均匀,为赤松茸提供更好的生长环境。研究赤松茸播种机,可以改善目前赤松茸播种机播种装置结构单一、工作效率低、作业质量无法保证等因素,导致的赤松茸漏播率高、损伤率高、播深不一致等问题,保证播种工作高效性。文章以赤松茸漏播率、破损率及播种深度合格率为试验指标,对赤松茸播种机的性能进行测试。试验表明:该播种机的漏播率为1.91%;破损率为3.62%;播种深度合格率为92.10%。

     

    Abstract: The research on the distributing machine of red matsutake can reduce the labor cost on the one hand, and on the other hand, the distributing machine can reasonably arrange the bacteria, efficiently stack the bacteria bed, ensure the uniformity of the stacking, and provide a better growth environment for red matsutake. The study of Pinus densiflora seeder can improve the problems of high missed seeding rate, high damage rate and inconsistent seeding depth caused by the factors such as single seeding device structure, low working efficiency and unable to guarantee the operation quality of the current Pinus densiflora seeder, so as to ensure the efficiency of seeding work. In this paper, the performance of red matsutake seeder is tested by taking the missed sowing rate,damage rate and qualified rate of sowing depth as test indexes. The experiment shows that the missed seeding rate of this seeder is1.91%, the damage rate is 3.62%, the qualified rate of sowing depth is 92.10%.
