Abstract: Industrial prosperity is the key to rural revitalization, and the characteristic industry suitable for local production is the golden key for farmers to get rich. This paper reviews and discusses the history and current situation of pepper planting, the development of pepper mechanization, and the problems existing in the industrialization development of pepper, and puts forward suggestions on the development of pepper mechanization industrialization, providing beneficial reference for the development of characteristic industries in all regions.
