Abstract: On the basis of a small grain maize harvester scheme, a simple drying device was designed to dry the harvested maize grains simply and reduce the moisture content of the maize grains by using the exhaust gas and waste heat of the diesel engine exhaust pipe. The design scheme and working principle are introduced in detail.
