Abstract: In recent years, Guangshui City has vigorously carried out the cultivation of high-quality farmers, and established a team of high-quality farmers with high cultural level, strong planting technology and good management, which provides a stable talent guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the development of agricultural and rural modernization. In order to further consolidate the effect of cultivation, aiming at the problems existing in the current training and education of high-quality farmers, the development countermeasures of strengthening the cultivation of high-quality farmers are put forward.
