Abstract: Through in-depth research on the current situation and existing problems of livestock and poultry pollution management in Xilingol League, the countermeasures to improve the utilization of animal manure as resources were discussed to promote the sustainable development of livestock and poultry waste resource utilization in Xilingol League and even the whole country.
