Abstract: Aspergillus niger is a recognized safe strain. It is favored by the industry because of its non-toxicity. The use of Aspergillus niger to produce cellulase has become a research focus in recent years. This article mainly reviews the research status of the fermentation method of Aspergillus niger to produce cellulase.
