Abstract: Yushui District of Xinyu City is famous for its diversified and high-quality agricultural products, and has promoted the great development of agriculture through the full implementation of the agricultural industrialization management mode of "company+ cooperative + base + farmer" and achieved certain results. Based on the introduction of the current situation of agricultural industrialization development in Yushui District, this paper revealed the influence of the development mode of agricultural industrialization management on the local social and economic development and its demonstration role in the development of modern agriculture through examples, aiming at strengthening marketing strategy and supply chain management to achieve more comprehensive development and long-term profitability.
