Abstract:
Excessive and irrational use of chemical fertilizers will not only bring about agricultural non-point source pollution, but also affect soil structure. In order to explore the effective way of reducing fertilizer application and increasing efficiency, and realize the sustainable development of agriculture, the rape variety Fengyou No.737, which was bred by the Crop Research Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences and produced by Shaanxi Ronghua Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., was taken as the research object. The agronomic traits, yield composition, yield and nitrogen utilization of rape plants were observed through two different fertilization methods. A fertilization method K1 is a mixture of urea(46% nitrogen content), heavy superphosphate(40% phosphorus pentoxide content) and potassium sulfate(55% potassium oxide content). Another type of fertilizer, K2, is Wolft nitro dual-effect slow-release fertilizer(containing 25% nitrogen, 14% phosphorus and 7% potassium nutrients, respectively). The results showed that compared with CK(control), the plant height, thousand grain weight, grain yield, straw yield, rapeseed nitrogen content, straw content and cumulative nitrogen absorption rate of K1and K2were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with K1, K2plant height, thousand grain weight, grain yield and straw yield, nitrogen uptake efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency were also significantly increased(P<0.05). These results indicated that slow-release N could release N slowly from the soil to meet the nutrient requirements of rapeseed at different growth stages, thus reducing the leaching loss of fertilizer and increasing plant yield and nitrogen use efficiency.
