中药材废弃物基质理化性状对马铃薯脱毒苗农艺性状及产量的影响

Effect of Physical and Chemical Properties of Chinese Medicine Waste Matrix on the Agronomic Characters and Yield of Potato Virus-free Seedlings

  • 摘要: 为促进中药材废弃物资源化利用,以蛭石为对照(CK),研究不同种类中药材废弃物基质的理化性状,及其与蛭石按照2:1(体积比)复配后用于生产马铃薯原原种对马铃薯脱毒苗农艺性状及原原种产量的影响。试验结果表明:中药材废弃物腐熟后与蛭石复配基质的理化性状均在植物可正常生长的范围之内,均满足作为马铃薯原原种生产的基质条件。较适宜的基质为T2、T1处理。T2处理叶片数和茎粗显著高于其他处理,与CK相比叶片数增加了13%,茎粗增加了6.2%,株高增加了10%,虽然产量与CK相比较低无优势,但合格薯块与CK相比基本相同,且无病害发生;T1处理株高优于其他处理,与CK相比叶片数增加了6.5%,茎粗增加了2.2%,株高增加了21%,产量和合格薯都稍低于对照CK无优势,但无病害发生。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the resource utilization of Chinese medicinal materials waste,the physicochemical properties of different kinds of Chinese medicinal materials waste matrix were studied with vermiculite as the control (CK),and the effects of vermiculite mixed with 2∶1 (volume ratio) on the agronomic properties of potato virus-free seedlings and the yield of potato original seed were studied.The experimental results showed that the physical and chemical properties of the compound matrix of Chinese medicinal materials waste after decomposition and vermiculite were within the range of normal plant growth,and both met the conditions for the production of potato original seed.The most suitable substrates were T2and T1.Compared with CK,the number of leaves and stem diameter increased by 13%,stem diameter increased by 6.2%,and plant height increased by 10%.Although the yield was lower than that of CK,the qualified potato blocks were basically the same as that of CK,and no disease occurred.Compared with CK,the number of leaves increased by 6.5%,stem diameter increased by 2.2%,and plant height increased by 21%.The yield and qualified potato were slightly lower than CK,but no disease occurred.
