Abstract: With the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, the public is very concerned about food safety, and it is of great significance to do a good job in agricultural product pesticide residue detection technology. This paper introduced the detection methods and hazards of pesticide residues in agricultural products, analyzed the advantages of chromatography technology in the field of quantitative detection of pesticide residues, combined with the characteristics of the application of chromatography technology in Sandu County, and looked forward to the development direction of chromatography technology in the detection of pesticide residues in the future.
