基于FluidSIM的气动钻床PLC控制设计

PLC Control Design of Pneumatic Drilling Machine Based on Fluidsim

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了一种半自动钻床的气动系统及其PLC控制系统。主要内容有半自动钻床气动系统的组成和动作顺序,基于Fluidsim P软件设计了继电器控制电路和PLC接线图,并进行模拟运行。制作了西门子S7-200型PLC的控制程序,并利用组态软件MCGS设计了触摸屏控制面板界面。气动系统与PLC构成组态系统,可视化的控制模式使机械加工变得简单明了。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a semi-automatic drilling machine pneumatic system and PLC control system. The main content is the composition and action sequence of the semi-automatic drilling machine pneumatic system. Based on Fluidsim P software, the relay control circuit and PLC wiring diagram are designed, and the simulation operation is carried out. The control program of Siemens S7-200PLC is made, and the interface of touch screen control panel is designed by MCGS.
