Abstract: As one of the main grain crops in Handan City, wheat plays an important role in improving the output and promoting the local economic growth. In recent years, extreme weather events have seriously affected wheat planting. This paper provides the observation data of temperature, precipitation, sunshine in Handan City from 1991 to 2021. Based on the data, analyzed and referenced the meteorological change demand and influence of winter wheat planting. Finally, proposed a series of high-yield planting techniques and forecasted the research trend.
