甘蔗种排种装置的切断机构设计和有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Cutting Mechanism of Sugarcane Seed Metering Device

  • 摘要: 设计了一种甘蔗种排种装置的切断机构设计,采用了不完全齿轮机构来实现甘蔗种间歇进给,且保证甘蔗种的进给输送过程和切断过程不冲突。通过调整活动卡扣,可实现甘蔗种进给量的调节,同时利用摆动导杆机构的急回特性实现快速将蔗种切断动作,利用摆动导杆机构慢进的工作行程实现甘蔗进给工作过程,保证传动齿轮间的啮合冲击减小。通过有限元分析表明,所设计的结构符合变形和强度要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a kind of cutting mechanism of sugarcane seed arrangement device is designed. The incomplete gear mechanism is adopted to realize the intermittent feeding of sugarcane seed, and ensure that the feeding and cutting process of sugarcane seed does not conflict. The feed in speed of sugarcane seed can be adjusted by adjusting the movable buckle, and the action of cutting sugarcane seed quickly can be realized by using the quick return characteristic of the swinging guide bar mechanism, and the sugarcane feed process can be realized by using the slow progress of the swinging guide bar mechanism, so as to ensure the meshing impact between the transmission gears is reduced. The finite element analysis shows that the designed structure meets the requirements of deformation and strength.
