Abstract:
In this paper, a kind of cutting mechanism of sugarcane seed arrangement device is designed. The incomplete gear mechanism is adopted to realize the intermittent feeding of sugarcane seed, and ensure that the feeding and cutting process of sugarcane seed does not conflict. The feed in speed of sugarcane seed can be adjusted by adjusting the movable buckle, and the action of cutting sugarcane seed quickly can be realized by using the quick return characteristic of the swinging guide bar mechanism, and the sugarcane feed process can be realized by using the slow progress of the swinging guide bar mechanism, so as to ensure the meshing impact between the transmission gears is reduced. The finite element analysis shows that the designed structure meets the requirements of deformation and strength.
