山东现代节水农业技术及其发展路径研究

Study on Modern Water-saving Agricultural Technology and Its Development Path in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 山东南北相距约4个维度,大部分为半湿润地区,全省水资源地区分布不均,省内地形复杂,是北方严重缺水省份,农业用水占用水总量的70%,水资源紧缺是制约山东社会经济发展的主要瓶颈,以水资源可持续利用促进社会经济发展,关键是建立全面节水型社会,农业是节水潜力最大的行业,发展节水农业是保障粮食安全的根本途径。根据山东水资源匮乏特点,提出节水农业选择由单项技术向工程、管理节水综合集成转变,构建现代节水农业技术体系。

     

    Abstract: There are about four dimensions between the north and the south of Shandong Province, most of which are semi-humid areas,and the water resources in the whole province are unevenly distributed. Shandong Province, with complex terrain, is a province with severe water shortage in the north. Agricultural water accounts for 70% of the total water, and the shortage of water resources is the main bottleneck restricting the social and economic development of Shandong Province. To promote social and economic development by sustainable utilization of water resources, the key is to establish a comprehensive water-saving society. Agriculture is the industry with the greatest water-saving potential, and developing water-saving agriculture is the fundamental way to ensure food security. According to the characteristics of resource scarcity in Shandong Province, it is proposed that the choice of water-saving agriculture should be changed from single technology to comprehensive integration of engineering and water-saving management, and a modern water-saving agricultural technology system should be constructed.
