Abstract: In view of the severe and complex development environment and overlapping risks and challenges faced by the "three-industry integration" in recent years, based on the introduction of the typical model of the integration of the one, two and three industries in Dezhou, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the integration development of the one, two and three industries in Dezhou. From the aspects of scientific optimization of resource allocation, creation of diversified interest connection, strengthening the cultivation of agricultural integration subjects, and improving rural infrastructure, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of "three-industry integration" in Dezhou rural areas.
